The India International Coffee Festival (IICF) is one of the country's largest gatherings dedicated entirely to coffee, bringing together growers, roasters, baristas, exporters, and enthusiasts under one roof. Organized by the Speciality Coffee Association of India, the festival is set to hold its 8th edition in February 2027, at Chamara Vajra in Bengaluru.

IICF bridges two worlds: the rigor of B2B trade, and the excitement and accessibility of B2C discovery. From farm to cup, from trade floor to tasting counter, IICF is where coffee stops being just a beverage and becomes a lifestyle — one sip, one story, one connection at a time.

The event usually features a mix of activations, including barista competitions, cupping sessions, and brewing workshops that showcase both traditional and specialty coffee techniques. Exhibition areas allow producers and roasters to display their beans, equipment, and processing innovations, while a dedicated brew bar lets visitors sample a wide range of coffees prepared by different methods. Panel discussions and talks bring together industry experts to address topics like sustainability, farm-to-cup traceability, and market trends shaping the sector.

OUR ORGANIZING BODY

Speciality Coffee Association of India

The Specialty Coffee Association of India (SCAI) is a non-profit body built by the people who live and work in coffee — growers, roasters, traders, exporters, baristas, and café owners spanning the country's coffee value chain. Formed with the vision to bring Indian coffee to the world's attention, SCAI has since grown into a collective voice for the industry, uniting stakeholders across every stage of production.

What began as a shared idea among coffee professionals has grown into a strong sense of purpose — one that drives everything SCAI does, backed by a clear vision for where Indian coffee is headed. Together, this community works to elevate coffee from seed to cup, and to give India its rightful place on the world's specialty coffee map.
