Coffee in Good Spirits brings together the worlds of specialty coffee and craft cocktails. Competitors create both hot and cold coffee cocktails, demonstrating their understanding of flavor profiles, presentation, and the harmonious marriage of coffee and spirits.

Requirements & Rules

Entry Requirements

Experience in both coffee and cocktail preparation
Understanding of flavor pairing principles
Knowledge of spirits and their characteristics
Creative cocktail development skills

Competition Rules

Prepare 2 hot Irish coffee-style drinks
Prepare 2 cold signature coffee cocktails
10-minute time limit for service
Own spirits and coffee allowed for signature drinks
Presentation and explanation required
